Despite the claims of some, Hebrews 6:4-6 is not a passage about how we can lose our salvation. Instead, it is exactly the opposite. By looking at the context of Hebrews 6:1-8, and the book of Hebrews as a whole, we see that the author is calling his readers to remain steadfast and firm in following Jesus. He is not warning them about losing their eternal life.
