{"id":7632,"date":"2011-10-15T20:00:44","date_gmt":"2011-10-16T00:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redeeminggod.com\/?p=7632"},"modified":"2013-06-22T21:30:28","modified_gmt":"2013-06-23T05:30:28","slug":"end-of-the-world-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redeeminggod.com\/end-of-the-world-again\/","title":{"rendered":"The End of the World is Here (Again&#8230;)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Remember the &#8220;End of the World&#8221; fiasco when Harold Camping duped many into believing that the End of the World would be on May 21, 2011?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7634\" title=\"Harold Camping\" src=\"https:\/\/redeeminggod.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Harold-Camping.jpg\" alt=\"Harold Camping October 21, 2011\" width=\"460\" height=\"276\" srcset=\"https:\/\/redeeminggod.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Harold-Camping.jpg 460w, https:\/\/redeeminggod.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Harold-Camping-200x120.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When it didn&#8217;t happen, he said that it was just a &#8220;spiritual end of the world&#8221; but the real, physical one would occur on October 21, 2011.\u00a0Those who weren\u2019t saved on May 21, Camping said, \u201cwill be annihilated together with the whole physical world on October 21, 2011.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Harold Camping&#039;s New Rapture Date - October 21, 2011\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3KglqLnPCsU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>So here we are. One week away from the Second End of the World. I&#8217;m sure Harold is crossing his fingers and hoping this one &#8220;takes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>And\u00a0<a title=\"Harold Camping says May 21 is the End of the World\" href=\"https:\/\/redeeminggod.com\/tomorrow-end-of-the-world\/\">just as I did in May<\/a>, I am issuing another wager to Harold Camping: <strong>I am willing to bet him $1 million he is wrong.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If he is right, I pay him $1 million on October 22. If he is wrong, he gives me $1 million. I&#8217;m sure he has it, since many people emptied their bank accounts and <a title=\"Donations to Harold Camping\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wnd.com\/index.php?fa=PAGE.printable&amp;pageId=300269\" rel=\"nofollow\">sent the money in to him prior to May 21<\/a> so that he could spread the message about the end of the world, and when it didn&#8217;t happen, he refused to return the money.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Harold Camping predicted the end of the world on May 21, 2011.
